The executive Governor Alhaji Muhammad Badaru Abubakar while making his own remarks says his administration's policy is in line with the federal government’s policy of diversification.

The Governor added that he was opportune to be part of the successes recorded in the agricultural sector in the country, especially when the president appointed him to chair the committee on fertilizer initiative, which saw fertilizer prices to become very affordable and helped boost agriculture all over the nation and of course the National Economic Council.
