...Sets to give opportunity to students in secondary schools to become NANS president.
The President of National Association of Nigerian Student, NANS Comr Danielson Bamidele Akpan, sets to mark his birthday in Akwa Ibom state on Friday , August 30 with Essay competition on Friday August 30.
In a post on his Facebook says '' I believe in mentorship and creating platforms for young persons and it that regard I will give an opportunity for a little chap to preside over the largest black students movement in the world on his birthday''
He added that ''Consequently we have organized an essay competition to be competed by secondary school students and is to last for 24 hours. This indicating that it is for serious minded young people and those who are ready to take up leadership challenges''
He further said the winner will be crowned as NANSpresident for 24hrs (30th August) and will have the opportunity of visiting motherless baby homes and other places the president of NANS would visit that day.
"The winner will still go home with the STAR PRICE of N50,000 (Fifty thousand Naira only).
The first runner up will go home with N30,000 (Thirty thousand naira only) while the second runner up will go home with N20,000( twenty thousand naira only), respectively" NANS President added.
