I am a native of Ningi local Government in Bauchi State wish to appeal to your revered office to consider the appointment of Com. Khalid Barau Ningi as the Senior Special Assistant to your exalted office on Scholarships and Students Affairs.

The well considered application was predicated on the importance of Education to the development of our dear state and also the need to rescue the vital sector from the disastrous set back it suffered during the last administration.
According to President Johnson of America at the 1966 White house conference on Education, "Education will not cure all the problems of a society but without it no cure for any problem is possible ... It is high among my concerns , Central to the purposes of this administration and at the core of our hopes for a greater society ".
Bauchi state no doubt has overtime produced super intelligent people that served the state and the nation at various enviable capacities, however there have been some noticeable and dangerous kinks in the production of intelligent chaps by the Bauchi state education industry in recent time owing to the abysmal neglect of educational sector by the past administrations.
It is against this backdrop that I hereby solicit for an appointment of this intelligent and uncommon education vitality crusader of Com Khalid Barau Ningi to assist your visionary office to stir the affairs of Bauchi state educational sector into progressive and expansion path.
Comr. Khalid has the requisite experience to take the job, he was Director of Socials COE Azare Business Education Students Association, Secretary General National Union of Bauchi State Students (NUBBAS) College of Education(COE) Azare, NANS/JCC Chairman Bauchi/Gombe Axis, Director of Campus Affairs NANS, Director of Contact/Mobilization NANS, Member NANS Stakeholders Committee, PPS Nubass National, Member Nubass Stakeholders Forum, SUG Campaign DG COE Azare, Spokesperson SUG COE Azare and lots more.
