The Chairman of Bauchi National Youth Council of Nigeria, NYCN the state Apex council Umar Lauya Hardawa rejoiced with the new Governor and at the same time called on the new administration to include youths in the decision makings.

In statement on Tuesday, the Chairman said the youths are contributing immensely in terms of nation development.
Lauya frowned how youths are left behind on decisions making and relegated to the background.
"As you are aware Sir, youths Are left behind in decisions makings, in many of these societies, youths are marginalized and have little voice in the political processes, which in large part contributes to their frustration. Too often, government and elected officials do not engage young citizens or encourage them to participate in politics".
He added that youths have contributed in coming of Bauchi New Level administration, hence the need for youths inclusion in cabinet appointments.
" Your Excellency sir , during victory's struggles, youths are in the forefront in dethroning the former governor in support of you. Your Excellency Sir, we advice to make 60% youths In your cabinet".
Lauya added that "Therefore we pray May Almighty God shall continue to guide and protect our new leaders at national and state levels, May He grant them the wisdom , courage and zeal to discharge their duties and responsibilities effectively".
He further called on members of the general public to remain law abiding and respect constituted authorities.
"Finally, We Call on General public to remain peaceful and stay away from other activities that go contrary with the Nigerian law and order. We pray earnestly to Almighty Allah,to give our youths, more Courage to build the country uprightly and give us a better Nigeria"
